GUMP: WITH YOUR PAL, CHARLIE DAVIS
GUMP: With Your Pal, Charlie Davis is a one person reenactment of the immortal film “Forrest Gump” where the audience and Charlie “never knows what you’re gonna get”. A box of Russell Stover chocolates has a scene from the movie underneath each confection and the audience picks the chocolates at random throughout the show determining the sequence of the movie. Charlie will seamlessly reenactment the scene and every character and line within that scene, adding his commentary and sharing stories in between each chocolate.
Charlie is on the spectrum and has seen the movie over 787 times. He has been actively performing the show since 2016.

GUMP has been performed in residence at Public House Theater in Chicago and Southern Rep Theater in New Orleans. Additionally, GUMP has toured to New Orleans Infringe Fest, Hi-Ho Lounge (New Orleans), Bughouse Theatre (Chicago), The Buffalo Room (Kansas City, MO), in Oxford, MS at Arter Limits Fringe Festival, Powerhouse Theater, and the Lyric Theater, and to Jackson, MS, Iowa City, IA, and Chattanooga, TN. Recently, GUMP made its New York City debut at Sanger Hall in Sunnyside, Queens.
